My name is Coach Martinez, Paul, I have coached for 8 years from Bullard Cal Ripkin rec and All-Star. My focus has always been on the development of players and team dynamics. I am a strong advocate of health and safety over winning a game. My goal is to prepare players for the next level in the safest way possible. I focus on the basic mechanics first with every player, we all need a strong base to build from. About me personally, I have served in the Fresno Air National Guard for almost 20 years, have a Wife of 19 years, and 4 children to give me grey hair.
